Answers to commonly asked questions

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Paypal).  Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction.  The pre-authorization is completed once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. If the billing or shipping information are incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped.  Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, please allow extra time for weekends and holidays.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to California. Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes.

Verification and Shipping

When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification.  This may require us to contact your directly.  When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the zip code, city and state are correct. If according to delivery service's records, this information does not match their records, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order.

How Can I Track My Order?

An order number will be provided to you once the order has been placed. A tracking code will be attached to this document and include the items in the order as well as the order number. This document will be provided to you within 24 hours.

Shipping

Shipping costs up to $18.95 within the United States and up to $26.00 within Canada.

SHIPPING

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to process; it will take another 1-2 days for your order to be shipped out. You will get a shipping confirmation via email the day your order is packed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping prices vary by country and the weight of your order. For international orders that have been in-transit for over 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office to see if the package is available for pickup or has otherwise been held up due to customs fees.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any customs fees that may incur with international orders. The customer is entirely responsible for any and all fees set by the customs office of their country. Should an international order be sent back to us due to lack of claim we will contact you to arrange a reship or credit to the website. As mentioned in our return policy, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

TRACKING

At times the courier will not scan the package immediately. Once you have been notified about your package's departure, please allow tracking information 48 hours to update once notified.

Once your order has left our facility we no longer have any contact or control over it and you will need to get into contact with the courier directly to obtain any information. Furthermore, if an order has been marked as delivered we have entirely no contact with it and you will need to get into direct contact with the courier with any questions and concerns you may have.

PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER

Once a package has been returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you to organize a new delivery. If you do not respond to our email within 7 days, your order is Null & Void.

Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We will gladly accept any defective items.

If an incorrect item (i.e, size or color differs from what was ordered) is shipped in error, please email swdllc@icloud.com with your name and order number within five days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Any requests after five days will be exchanged or refunded at the discretion of the company.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent by Wix's payment system.

All products must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.

Shipping cost are non refundable.
